Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are an advanced, non-surgical treatment used to restore lost volume beneath the skin, soften lines and wrinkles, and enhance natural facial contours. As we age, the skin gradually loses structure and elasticity, which can lead to hollowing, folds and reduced definition.

At House of Smiles, we use premium hyaluronic acid–based fillers to carefully replenish volume, improve facial harmony and enhance skin hydration. Hyaluronic acid not only restores fullness but also supports the skin’s natural collagen production, contributing to smoother, more youthful-looking skin.

All fillers used at House of Smiles are clinically approved, premium hyaluronic acid formulations. They are non-permanent yet long-lasting, allowing for refined, natural results that evolve gracefully over time.

What Can Dermal Fillers Help With?

Dermal fillers can be used to:
•    Contour the cheeks, jawline and chin
•    Correct a crooked or drooping nose (non-surgical rhinoplasty)
•    Define, plump and hydrate the lips
•    Improve under-eye hollows (tear troughs)
•    Soften facial wrinkles and folds
•    Enhance overall skin quality and hydration

FAQs
What is the difference between wrinkle correction and dermal fillers?

Wrinkle correction treatments work by gently relaxing the facial muscles responsible for expression lines. Dermal fillers, by contrast, restore volume beneath the skin to smooth folds and enhance contours.
In many cases, both treatments can be strategically combined to achieve the most balanced and natural rejuvenation.

How soon will I see results?

Results are visible immediately after treatment. However, the filler typically settles fully within 2–3 weeks, at which point the final refined result can be appreciated.
